Guidelines
Sebelum client mengirim form, diharapkan untuk menanyakan availability talent terlebih dahulu.
Hanya menerima tipe akun BA/CA/FA/RP/RANT.
Work hour dimulai dari pukul 10.00 - 22.00 WIB, serta stay up late dapat mencapai pukul 00.00.
Flexible work hour hanya bisa didapatkan pada paket VVIP.
Talent mempunyai schedule pribadi yang sudah tetap, yaitu pada jam 9.30 - 11.10. Sehingga tidak dapat fsr di pagi hari, diharapkan client untuk menghormati schedule pribadi talent.
Talent akan membalas dalam jangka 10 - 45 menit. Namun talent dapat fast respond sesuai dengan permintaan, maka dimohon client juga spesifik dalam mengisi "do's and don'ts".
Client diperbolehkan mengirim voice note atau media lain, namun diharapkan untuk tidak berekspektasi bahwa talent juga akan melakukan hal yang sama.
Client sangat diharapkan untuk tidak mengulik kehidupan pribadi talent dan menghargai privasi talent, dengan cara tidak menanyakan perihal real life kecuali talent sendiri yang memberi tahu kepada client.
Refund hanya bisa dilakukan jika kesalahan ada pada talent, dalam catatan ada pembuktiannya.
Dilarang mengirimkan media yang berbau horror maupun yang tidak pantas kepada talent.
Talent tidak bertanggung jawab dalam perasaan apapun yang dirasakan client selama sesi maupun sesudah sesi, namun talent akan menghormati perasaan tersebut.
Dilarang menyebarkan isi chat atau media yang diberikan jika bukan untuk keperluan PDA.
Form hanya dikirimkan melalui contact yang tertera.
Client diwajibkan memberi testimonial kepada talent setelah masa rent berakhir.
